All orders ship from Singapore, with free islandwide delivery and a gift box on orders over S$50. Personalised items need 7 to 9 working days for embroidery. Need it by a date? WhatsApp us before ordering.

We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal and PayNow.

Gift delivery

Sending straight to the parents? Put their address as the delivery address and add your gift message at checkout.

Returns

• Not fully satisfied with an item? Tell us within 7 days of receiving it for a replacement, refund or repair.
• Personalised items are made to order and cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Skincare and bath items must be sealed for hygiene reasons.
